What we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.
What we collect
When you send a quote request or an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, and a delivery address if you want something sent. That is it.
The site keeps your quote list in a browser session so it is still there while you browse. We do not run advertising trackers.
What we use it for
Answering your enquiry, quoting your parts, and arranging delivery. We contact you about your request and nothing else. No marketing lists, and we never sell or share your details with anyone except the freight carrier delivering your order.
Keeping and removing it
Quote requests are kept as business records. If you want your details corrected or removed, email sales@torquetech.au or ring (02) 6581 0860 and we will do it.
