Terms of trade

A quote request through this site costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Prices are confirmed when we reply, and a quoted price stays valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise.

Nothing is charged online. Payment is arranged when you accept the quote.

Stock levels change daily. We confirm availability when we quote, and if something has to come from a supplier we tell you the lead time up front.

Where a brand is unavailable we may offer an equivalent part from another maker. We will always tell you before substituting.

Parts carry their manufacturer warranty, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

For change-of-mind returns, talk to us first. Unused parts in original packaging can generally be returned within 30 days; freight on change-of-mind returns is yours, and special-order items may not be returnable.

Freight is quoted per order and included in the total we send you. Risk in the goods passes on delivery. If something arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours and we will sort it out with the carrier.
